Standley Systems Kicks Off 2026 with Vision, Alignment, and Momentum at January Sales Meeting in Dallas

In January, the team Standley gathered in Dallas for our Quarterly Sales Meeting—an energizing start to the year that allowed us to celebrate the successful close of 2025 while setting a clear and inspiring course for 2026. The meeting brought together our sales teams from across the organization for meaningful connection, shared learning, and a renewed sense of purpose as we look ahead.

The event served as a moment to reflect on the dedication and achievements that defined 2025. From individual wins to collective growth, it was a time to recognize the hard work that fuels our success and to celebrate what’s possible when teams are aligned and supported. Bringing everyone together created space for collaboration, encouragement, and excitement for the year to come.

A central focus of the meeting was our 2026 company-wide vision: Healthy Teams. Healthy Clients. Healthy Communities. This guiding principle underscores our belief that strong results start with strong people. We understand how important meaningful work is—work that challenges us, fulfills us, and allows us to make a difference. At the same time, we recognize a critical truth that guides how we operate: without margin, there can be no mission. Sustainable growth allows us to reinvest in our teams, better serve our clients, and expand the impact we make in the communities where we live and work. With that in mind, we’re working hard this year to grow intentionally and make an even bigger impact right where our feet are planted.

The meeting also featured Chad Missildine, Executive Coach and Speaker, who led an engaging session on the Five Voices, helping our sales teams better understand their individual strengths, natural talents, and areas for growth. The conversation went beyond individual performance and focused on how teams can work together more effectively, leveraging each other’s strengths, supporting one another’s weaknesses, and collaborating in ways that drive stronger outcomes. This shared understanding empowers our teams not only to accomplish great things internally, but also to serve our clients with greater clarity, consistency, and care.

Our teams left Dallas aligned around a shared vision, equipped with new insights, and motivated to take on the opportunities ahead. With a strong foundation, a clear purpose, and a commitment to growth, Standley Systems is stepping into 2026 ready to build healthy teams, support healthy clients, strengthen healthy communities—and make 2026 one to remember.
