Standley Gives Day 2023

Team Standley was founded on the cornerstone of purposefully building lasting relationships, and the fuel that drives us on a daily basis is a passion for not only our clients but our people and communities. As part of this passion, each year Standley Systems holds an Employee Appreciation and Spirit Week. 

During this week of celebrating we highlight the core values on which Team Standley centers. Standley Systems Core Values are:

Throughout our spirit week, we take time to live out each of our core values as a team. We have fun and a whole lot of fellowship to refill the tank. One of our favorite activities of Spirit Week 2023 is the 4th Annual Standley Gives Day. 

We approach each other, our clients, and our communities with an attitude of grace and giving. Team Standley lives this out through our core value, “We delight in generosity.” We delight in giving back and investing our time, talents, and finances into the community and gospel causes. It’s not just something we talk about, it’s what we do and will continue to do throughout 2023. 

Standley Gives is one day of a five-day spirit held to recognize our team for their continued hard work, success, and commitment to community. Its a time for us to celebrate one another and to recenter on our core values.

For Standley Gives Day, Team Standley submits nonprofits that are near and dear to their hearts. Submissions are then put into a live drawing where Standley Systems draws out of those submissions to receive a combined total of $20,000.
