September 2025 Employee of the Month: Tyler Beck

This month, we’re excited to shine the spotlight on Tyler Beck, our September Employee of the Month!

Tyler has been part of Team Standley for a year and a half, serving as one of our talented NOC Engineers—the behind-the-scenes pros who design and implement the network and cloud solutions that keep everything running smoothly.

With his can-do attitude and calm approach under pressure, Tyler has a knack for tackling even the trickiest challenges. Whether he’s troubleshooting a complex issue or fine-tuning a cloud setup, he brings patience, precision, and a healthy dose of curiosity to everything he does.

When asked what he enjoys most about his role, Tyler shared that it’s helping small business owners protect their businesses and operate more efficiently. Knowing his work helps local companies grow stronger and more secure is what keeps him motivated each day.

Outside of work, Tyler stays just as active and curious. When he’s not wrangling networks or diving into new tech, you’ll likely find him on the golf course, talking cars, sampling a good whiskey, or relaxing with his girlfriend and their two cats.

Family is also at the heart of who Tyler is. He comes from a tight-knit crew that still gets together every week for family dinner—a tradition they proudly keep alive.
