May 2026 Employee of the Month: Destre Crawford

Join us in celebrating Destre Crawford, our May Employee of the Month. This recognition is especially meaningful as Destre marks 10 years with Standley Systems. Over the past decade, Destre has shown steady leadership, dedication, and genuine care for the people and work around her. Her impact can be seen in the way she supports others, improves processes, and helps important projects keep moving forward.

As Administrative Project Coordinator, Destre supports a wide range of responsibilities, including projects, special billing, and training. Team members know they can count on her to step in where needed and bring organization, thoughtfulness, and consistency to every task. Most recently, Destre supported the Operations team with the HubSpot workflow and review process and also helped with the launch of the new commission tool for the Sales team. Her willingness to learn, collaborate, and support new systems has made a meaningful difference across departments.

One of Destre’s favorite parts of the job is the opportunity to keep learning and finding better ways to improve processes. That mindset reflects the thoughtful and dependable approach she brings to work each day. Destre’s commitment to growth and continuous improvement makes her a valued resource to teammates and an important part of the behind-the-scenes work that helps keep Standley Systems going.

Outside of work, Destre enjoys spending time with family, especially trips to the lake and hosting outdoor movie nights. She also enjoys reading and has recently discovered a growing interest in gardening. Whether supporting the team at work or making memories at home, Destre brings the same care and dedication to all she does.
