Say hello to our August Employee of the Month, Chris Johnstonbaugh! Chris has been part of Team Standley for four and a half years as a Strategic Account Executive. He loves working with clients to help solve problems, which probably explains why he’s so great at it.
Chris lives in Piedmont, OK with his wife, Stacy, their three kids—Emelia, Zacary, and Patrick—and two dogs, Binx and Bella. Between work, family, and coaching, he stays pretty busy (we’re honestly not sure how he finds time to sleep).
When he’s not helping clients, you’ll usually find Chris at one of his kids’ activities. His daughter competes in Odyssey of the Mind (a STEM-based competition), and he also happens to be the head coach for Patrick’s 1st grade football team. Talk about multitasking!
Chris and his family are also big parts of their church community at Faith Church in OKC. He serves in the 2nd–5th grade kids' class as Service Lead and small group leader, and he supports City Center—a local organization bringing relief and restoration to families in under-resourced neighborhoods.
As for hobbies, Chris says he enjoys football, spending time with his family, and playing golf. Most of the time, though, his hobbies are whatever his kids are into which sounds like the perfect way to spend time.
