April 2026 Employee of the Month: Seth Henderson

Join us in congratulating our April Employee of the Month, Seth Henderson! Seth serves as our Imaging Implementation Project Coordinator and has been a valued part of Team Standley for the past three and a half years.

In his role, Seth coordinates MPS implementations by leading client kickoff calls, defining project scope and requirements, and ensuring all teams stay aligned throughout the process. His proactive approach helps prevent issues before they arise and keeps projects moving smoothly from start to finish.

One of Seth’s favorite parts of the job is building strong relationships with clients. He especially enjoys reaching the implementation phase and seeing everything come together seamlessly — particularly when clients feel confident in both our team and the process. For Seth, a smooth, efficient deployment is the ultimate sign of a job well done and a great customer experience delivered.

Outside of work, Seth and his wife, Sadie, love spending time outdoors and going on hikes with their dog, Ruby. After spending much of the day in front of a screen, Seth says any opportunity to get outside and enjoy the sunshine is always a win.

Seth also shared that he and Sadie are actively involved in serving at their church and participating in various outreach activities. Most recently, they helped host several “Cars for Christ” car meets, which have been a fun and meaningful experience for everyone involved.
