November 2025 Employee of the Month: Rick Jobe

Join us in celebrating our November Employee of the Month, Rick Jobe!

Rick has been an essential part of Team Standley for an incredible 46 years. As our Aftermarket Director, he works hand-in-hand with the Service Admin Team to keep parts costs in check through warranty claims, recycled “green” parts, and performance monitoring. He also keeps a sharp eye on contract profitability but if you ask him, the green parts process is his favorite.

Outside the office, Rick and his wife, Tricia, stay happily busy with their seven married children and thirteen grandchildren. Between all the family events and evening dog walks at Shannon Springs Park—especially magical this time of year with the Festival of Light—there's never a dull moment. Rick has also flipped four houses and when he's not cheering on a grandkid or enjoying a quiet walk, he's cruising around on his motorcycle. 

He also pours his heart into the community by supporting Chickasha First, volunteering monthly at the Chickasha Soup Kitchen, and serving on the Standley Prayer Team. 

 Cheers to Rick—46 years of hard work, innovation, and genuine heart. A huge round of applause is definitely in order. Way to go, Rick!
