With over 25 years of industry experience, Matt joined Standley Systems in 2019 as Senior Vice President of Sales Operations, with a focus on business growth, talent development and cross-departmental operations. Matt has served a broad array of clients in several large U.S. markets, from southern California to now Oklahoma and Texas, and understands a customer-first approach is paramount to providing the exceptional experience Standley clients deserve and expect. An experienced leader, Matt especially enjoys meeting new people and cheering on his team - whether that be the Standley team, a client team, his daughter’s cheer squad, or the Philadelphia Eagles!
Marty Barnes
REGIONAL SERVICE MANAGER TEXAS
Marty Barnes, Standley Systems Regional Service Manager Texas, has been in the print technology industry for over four decades. Marty feels blessed to be able to work in the same industry since 1983, which has allowed him to make some long lasting friendships with both clients and co-workers alike. Over his 40-years of experience Marty has achieved various certifications from leading copier and print manufacturers. When he isn’t leading his team of technicians or turning a wrench he enjoys golf, fishing, attending collegiate or pro sporting events, and traveling. A sports enthusiast, especially golf, Marty is a member of the United States Golf Association.
Destre Crawford
DIRECTOR OF ADMIN OPERATIONS
Destre Crawford plays an integral role on Team Standley as the Director of Admin Operations. Destre earned her degree in accounting from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma and has been a part of Team Standley for nearly a decade. Destre is a proud mom and loves spending time with her family playing games and having outdoor movie nights. She and her family spend a lot of time at the ball field watching her daughter play softball. A recent graduate of Leadership Chickasha, Destre is excited to see her team’s future growth and accomplishments.
Jennifer Redemer
CLIENT CARE MANAGER
As the Client Care Manager, Jennifer Redemer and her team oversee all incoming calls and requests from clients across Oklahoma and the metroplex. For nearly a decade Jennifer has served as a key player in ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience. Prior to joining the team Jennifer exercised her creativity for 20 years as a licensed nail technician. Customer service is something she has been passionate about in all she does. Jennifer is proud of the level of customer service that her team provides our clients. In her free time, Jennifer loves gardening and spending time with family and friends.
