Troy brings more than 37 years of experience in the office technology industry, including 19 years with R.K. Black and 18 years with IKON/Ricoh. As Director of Strategic Accounts, he leverages his deep industry knowledge and long-standing relationships to help clients develop effective solutions that support their business goals.

Troy joined Team Standley because of the company’s strong core values and family-oriented culture. Having previously worked with Perry at both IKON/Ricoh and R.K. Black, joining the team felt like a natural fit. He also appreciates the stability of a company with a 90-year history and is excited about the opportunity to help grow the Dallas team.

Outside of work, Troy enjoys traveling with his wife and taking weekend trips to explore towns across Oklahoma, discovering local culture, food, and architecture along the way. He’s also a proud Oklahoma State University fan — Go Pokes!
