Lucas brings a wide range of experience to the team, including Healthcare Sales and Operations at Primetime Healthcare, Catapult Texas Football Scout at Catapult, Graduate Assistant for Oklahoma Football Player Personnel under Lincoln Riley and Brent Venables, and Student Recruiting Assistant for Oklahoma Football. He’s also worked in fine dining at The Ranch Steakhouse.

A fun fact about Lucas—he’s 6’8” and a huge OU football fan! Originally from Tulsa, he earned his master’s degree while working with both Lincoln Riley and Brent Venables, and even recruited R. Mason Thomas for OU. Outside of work, Lucas enjoys singing, meeting new people, and lifting weights at the gym.

When asked why he chose Team Standley, Lucas said it came down to faith and family. He shared that our culture stands out and inspires him to be the best man he can be. He’s always wanted a sales opportunity with an elite culture, and he’s passionate about building meaningful relationships. After meeting everyone in the office today, Lucas said he’s incredibly thankful that God has placed him here.
