Lucas brings a diverse background in healthcare sales, operations, and recruiting to Team Standley. His experience includes roles with Primetime Healthcare, Catapult, and the University of Oklahoma football program, where he worked in player personnel and recruiting under Lincoln Riley and Brent Venables. He also gained customer service experience in fine dining at The Ranch Steakhouse, rounding out a well-balanced foundation in relationship-building, communication, and performance-driven environments. 

Originally from Tulsa, Lucas earned his master's degree while working closely with the Oklahoma football program and remains a passionate OU football fan. Outside of work, he enjoys singing, staying active in the gym, and connecting with new people. 

Lucas chose Team Standley for its strong culture centered on faith, family, and integrity. He is driven to build meaningful relationships and is excited to grow within an organization that inspires him to be the best version of himself.
