Kursten serves as our Operations Admin Manager and has been a valued member of Team Standley for six years. She brings energy, dedication, and a strong expertise in contract management to everything she does.

In her role, Kursten oversees the Contracts Department, Sales Administration, and the IT Contract Coordinator team, ensuring seamless operations behind the scenes. Known for her ability to connect people and processes, she bridges the gap between Sales, Contracts, and clients—making sure every detail is handled with accuracy, clarity, and care.

Kursten is especially passionate about helping others. Whether supporting internal teams or working directly with clients, she is committed to delivering the E4 experience—exceptional service for everyone, every time. She takes pride in creating positive outcomes that leave people feeling supported, valued, and confident.

Outside the office, Kursten enjoys cheering on her two children, Daeton and Haiden, at their sporting events. As a proud mom and dedicated sports fan, she values family time and staying connected with friends—both of which keep her energized and smiling.
