Ken Hajok leads Standley Systems’ sales strategy and execution across the Dallas–Fort Worth market, driving growth and strengthening the company’s presence in one of the industry’s most competitive regions. With more than 21 years of experience in business technology and document solutions, Ken brings deep expertise and a proven ability to build high‑performing teams.
Before joining Standley Systems, Ken served as Vice President of Sales, Southwest, for Kyocera Document Solutions America. His background also includes senior sales and leadership roles with CDK Global, Canon Solutions America, and Hilliard Office Solutions—earning a reputation for developing talent, coaching emerging leaders, and fostering long‑term customer partnerships.
Ken is passionate about staying connected with his team and creating consistency in how Standley Systems serves customers. Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, he leads the Texas sales division from the company’s Plano office, supporting continued growth following the opening of Standley’s new regional office and technology showroom.
