Issac brings a truly unique and diverse background to Team Standley. His career path has included everything from business-to-business sales in grocery technology to screen printing t-shirts, and even performing as a violinist with Christian rock bands. His wide range of experiences reflects both his creativity and his ability to adapt to new challenges.

One of the most fascinating parts of Issac’s journey is his life as a musician. He has performed on the violin across five different continents, sharing his talent with audiences in places as varied as refugee camps in Uganda to standing before the Pope himself. His passion for music and connection with people has taken him around the world and given him a truly global perspective.

When asked why he chose to join Standley Systems, Issac explained that he wanted to be part of a company with a long history of living by its values. Standley’s reputation for integrity and community impact stood out to him—not just in what the company says, but in the stories he has heard from both employees and those outside the organization. This alignment of values reinforced his desire to become part of the team.
