Colton brings over 16 years if leadership and operational experience to Team Standley. He began his career at Discount Tire as a tire technician and steadily advanced into a senior Manager role, where he oversaw multiple store locations and teams. His background also includes serving as a Lead Supervisor at Tractor Supply Distribution, further strengthening his expertise in operations, team leadership, and performance management.

Outside of work, Colton enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and watching sports, but his favorite role is being a dad. He values time with his daughter and prioritizes creating meaningful experiences together.
