We've got some exciting changes happening behind the scenes and we want to make sure you're in the loop. If you've worked with us for a while, you nkow we use an automated data collection tool to track your copier/printer meter readings. That's what helps us send toner before you run out, schedule service when it's needed, and make sure your billing stays accurate without bugging you for manual reports.
Up until the last few months, we've been using a system called IDM to do all that. But technology keeps evolving and so are we. We're upgrading to a newer, smarter platform called EKM, and we think you'll love what it brings to the table.
Why the Switch?
EKM does everything IDM did but better. It offers faster and more reliable meter reads, improved diagnostics, and more detailed error reporting. That means fewer interruptions, quicker fixes, and a smoother overall experience for you and your team.
What You Need to Know?
Here's the important part: IDM is going away after September 30th. If you haven't made the switch to EKM by then, you could lose access to automated reporting, toner shipments, and real-time service alerts. manual meter reads may become necessary and could come with added costs.

The upgrade is quick and painless. We're talking five minutes tops.
