A MANAGED PRINT SOLUTION FROM A TRUSTED, LOCAL PARTNER

Norman Regional Health System (NRHS) is a multi-campus system that provides for the health and wellness needs of regional communities throughout south central Oklahoma. NRHS is operated by Norman Regional Hospital Authority, a public trust, which serves the public interests and functions as a political subdivision of the State of Oklahoma.

Healthcare is a complex and dynamic environment and with nearly 400 beds at a multi-campus facility, Norman Regional is a 24/7 shop that relies on their technology to work around the clock.

Ultimately, NRHS was looking for a local partner for their technology and print management needs. They needed a partner who would understand what those needs were and how they could address them.

NRHS was searching for a partner who would listen and be able to provide a workable solution. Understanding their values as a community hospital was also crucial in partnership.

DELIVERING RELEVANT SOLUTIONS & EFFICIENCY

After listening to their past experiences with other technology partners and careful consideration of their needs and complex environment, Team Standley developed a print management solution that was right-sized. A solution that could be easily managed and allow for optimal uptime.

With secure print and print management software solutions, we are able to manage and monitor their printer and copier fleet, ensuring that they are up and running 24/7. Automation is essential to efficiency. Through print management solutions we are able to enhance efficiency and uptime by automating supply fulfillment.

As part of keeping NRHS up and running around the clock our team needed to ensure their fleet was right sized, allowing the devices to run the proper workloads. This keeps the solution efficient in terms of device health and cost.

MANAGING A WORKABLE SOLUTION – A TRUSTED, LOCAL PARTNER

Communication and transparency are key to any partnership. Through singular points of contact and fleet visibility Standley Systems is able to be transparent and communicate with NRHS how their fleet is functioning.

Monthly and quarterly business technology reviews are another way that we are able to efficiently communicate solution performance. During these reviews we are able to sit down with our partners and go over crucial account data and resolve any issues.

DON’T TAKE OUR WORD, HEAR WHAT NRHS HAS TO SAY...

“We were searching for a partner who understood our values and we really value a local partner as well. So, for us, Standley Systems just really answered those requirements. We are very pleased with their response to our needs and overall assessment to understanding what we were trying to accomplish by the optimal solution. It’s been a really good partnership.”

“Standley Systems has been someone who we can trust, someone who listens, someone who reacts to and responds. Having singular point of contact to find those answers has been very important to us.”

Richie Splitt, CEO, Norman Regional Hospital System

“Whenever there’s an issue or we have a new monthly account review we let them know of any trouble areas that we see, any tickets that come in through our HIT ticketing system we are able to review all of those and it’s been working really well working through to reach the best solutions with our partner.”

Danny Kelly, CIO, Norman Regional Hospital System
