March 2026 Employee of the Month: David Seltenreich

Join us in celebrating our March Employee of the Month, David Seltenreich!

David serves as Market President for OKC and South Oklahoma and has been a valued part of the Standley Systems family for 4 years and 5 months. In that time, he has led the OKC and South Oklahoma Sales Team with dedication, insight, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

What David enjoys most about his role is empowering his team to truly understand their clients’ needs. By uncovering those needs, he helps guide his team toward delivering the right solutions—ensuring customers feel supported and confident every step of the way. His leadership style reflects both strategic thinking and a people-first mindset that makes a lasting impact.

Outside of work, David’s heart is firmly rooted in family. He and his wife, Brandi, have been married for 25 years after first meeting in middle school—a story that’s stood the test of time. Together, they’ve built a life centered around love, support, and shared experiences. Their daughter, Kelsi, is currently a sophomore at Southeast Missouri State University (SEMO), pursuing a double major in Musical Theatre and Dance.

The Seltenreich family loves to travel, often filling their days with adventures in national parks, roadside attractions, and sightseeing. Evenings are just as lively, with card games, laughter, and plenty of fun. They also share a love for the arts, frequently attending performances by OKC Broadway and enjoying local productions at Lyric Theatre.

David and Brandi are also deeply involved in their community. They volunteer with Pepper’s Ranch in Guthrie, an organization that supports children going through the difficult experience of family separation.  David says being part of this mission is a true blessing, and his heart for helping others shines in everything he does.

David, thank you for your leadership, your heart for others, and the positivity you bring to Standley Systems. Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition!
