Garritt Avant joined Team Standley as an Account Executive in 2022. Garritt found Standley's when a friend suggested that he apply, and he was excited when he learned about their people first culture as community is near to Garritt's heart. He has enjoyed jumping in and joining his team in OKC.  

Garritt is a native Oklahoman as he attended Yukon Public Schools and is an Oklahoma State University graduate. Garritt earned a bachelor's degree in Marketing with a minor in Psychology. 

In his free time, Garritt enjoys a nice round of golf and watching college football with his friends from Stillwater.
