Our Q3 Sales Meeting was held at the Rose State Tanenbaum Aerospace and Cybersecurity Center, bringing our team together for a meaningful day of connection, recognition, and forward-looking conversation. It provided an opportunity not only to celebrate what has already been accomplished, but also to align around the goals, tools, and strategies that will help shape the months ahead.
We started the morning by hearing the quarter’s success stories and celebrating the wins our sales teams achieved across the business. From individual accomplishments to teamwide milestones, the conversations highlighted the dedication, consistency, and collaboration that continue to strengthen Standley Systems. It was an encouraging way to begin the day and a valuable reminder that our progress is built on people who are committed to serving customers well and supporting one another along the way.
Throughout the day, we also spent time exploring important updates to our new CRM and discussing process improvements designed to create stronger alignment across teams. These conversations focused on how better systems and clearer workflows can support productivity, improve communication, and help create a more seamless experience throughout the organization. As our teams continue to grow and adapt, these updates represent an important step in building more efficient processes that support long-term success.
In addition, we discussed emerging AI technologies and practical use cases that can support the way we work every day. Rather than looking at innovation in broad terms, the conversation centered on real opportunities to use these tools in thoughtful, effective ways that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and help our teams stay focused on delivering responsive support and meaningful value to our customers. It was exciting to consider how these evolving tools can complement the experience and expertise already present across our organization.
The meeting also included a review of company financials, giving the team a clearer picture of our current progress and the momentum we are building together. Taking time to reflect on the broader business outlook helped connect our day-to-day efforts to the larger goals ahead and reinforced the importance of working with clarity, accountability, and shared purpose.
We closed the day by recognizing the sales team’s achievements for the quarter and celebrating the people behind those results. It was a fitting way to end a day centered on growth, teamwork, and progress. Overall, the meeting served as a meaningful time to reflect on what we have accomplished, appreciate the people driving that success, and look ahead with confidence to the opportunities in front of us.
