Our dealership maintained an overall GPA of 80% or higher across Technology, Solutions, and Service courses completed within the last 36 months, while at least 70% of our technicians successfully completed required coursework within the past three years—ensuring their knowledge and skills remain current and sharp.
Our technicians bring unmatched expertise, with the OKC Service Team contributing over 30 years of experience, the Texas Service Team adding another 30+ years, and the Tulsa Service Team offering more than 40 years. This depth of knowledge enables us to consistently deliver exceptional first-call effectiveness and proudly earn the Ricoh ProVision Dealer Partner award for two consecutive years.
We achieved over 85% total dealership training, ensuring our team remains fully up to date. In addition, we surpassed 90% compliance with Ricoh Product Safety Incident Reporting requirements—underscoring our commitment to safety and excellence.
As a fully registered @Remote dealer, we meet Ricoh’s strict connectivity standards while leveraging @Remote—a built-in feature on all Ricoh MFPs that automatically provides remote meter readings and maintenance alerts. Every Ricoh service engineer on our team is fully trained on this technology, ensuring seamless monitoring and proactive service for our customers.
ARMS (Advanced Remote Mobile System) provides remote access to critical Ricoh device data, including error history, firmware version history, PM counters, and basic machine details. By leveraging this information, technicians can increase the likelihood of a first-time fix, minimize downtime, and extend device life. More than 85% of our Service Engineers are trained on ARMS and all Service Parts training requirements have been met.
As a proud Ricoh ProVision dealer partner, Standley Systems exclusively uses genuine Ricoh parts and supplies. This commitment ensures consistent quality and reliability in our service operations, enabling us to deliver exceptional support and achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
We are fully registered with the Ricoh ProVision External Directory, complete with a designated administrator. This registration ensures seamless integration with Ricoh systems and secure user authentication, while the designated administrator role provides controlled access to critical settings—guaranteeing that only authorized personnel can manage and adjust device configurations.
We successfully completed 100% of all mandatory and safety-related Product Modification Requests (PMRs) scheduled for 2025. This achievement reflects our unwavering commitment to compliance, operational excellence, and customer safety. By meeting these standards, we ensure every device operates at peak performance while adhering to Ricoh’s strict safety requirements—providing our customers with the confidence and reliability they deserve.
