Join us in celebrating our June Employee of the Month, John Brown. For the past 10 years, John has been an important part of Team Standley, helping us live out our commitment to "We Keep You Going" in his role as IT Operations Director by keeping US going.
From day-to-day technology needs to the behind-the-scenes systems our employees depend on, John helps keep our organization running smoothly. His dedication, problem-solving mindset, and steady support make a meaningful difference across Team Standley. John shared that one of his favorite parts of the job is working alongside great people each day, and we are grateful for the trusted, people-first approach he brings to our team.
Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his wife and their four kids, who range in age from six to fourteen. Life stays busy on their small farm, where they care for about 40 chickens, 2 geese, 3 guineas, cats, dogs, and a remarkable garden featuring 250 tomato plants, 4,000 onion plants, a few hundred potato plants, and dozens of squash and cucumber plants. John and their family enjoy tending the garden, caring for the animals, spending time together around the farm, and staying active in their church.
