Let’s hear it for the Tisha Edge, our June Employee of the Month and all-around superstar! If you’ve ever attended a perfectly planned baby shower, a team birthday bash, or just needed someone to go the extra mile (and then some), chances are, Tisha was behind it.
This December, she’ll be celebrating five years with Standley Systems as an Order Processing Specialist, and we’ve appreciated every one of them. Her role may sound technical (and trust us, it is), but Tisha brings a personal touch to everything she does—whether it’s managing Dynamics orders, handling returns on defective equipment, or offering up sharp insights to our Solutions 2.0 strategy groups.
Tisha says her favorite part of the job is finding the best deals, making smart buys, and sharing the day-to-day with her work family. And if there’s a lunch, birthday cake, or baby gift involved, you can count her in. Spreading joy is her love language.
Outside the office, Tisha is a proud mom to four grown kids and Granny Extraordinaire to nine grandkids, with number ten arriving this September! Holding it down in Fort Cobb, she’s just about mastered the art of country living. Whether she’s splashing through summer days with her grandkids or singing along at concerts, Tisha’s all about soaking up the good times and making memories that stick.
Basketball has her heart, but if one of her grandkids is in the game—any game—you’ll find her cheering from the sidelines. Tisha lives for the good moments, and as the biggest cheerleader in the room, she never misses a chance to celebrate the people she loves.
She’s also deeply rooted in her Native Indian culture, with years of involvement alongside her parents, children, and grandchildren. While she’s taken a step back recently to focus on home life, her heart is never far from her traditions.
Tisha says nothing beats hearing “Granny!” shouted across the room when she walks in — and honestly, that’s the kind of love she brings into every space she enters.
