Join us in congratulating our July Employee of the Month, Tim Bradford! Tim has been a valued member of Team Standley for five years, bringing dedication, leadership, and a willingness to support others in everything he does. In his role as Field Service Manager, Tim oversees the Tulsa region commercial technicians and plays an important part in helping his team provide excellent service to our customers.
One of Tim's favorite parts of his job is helping technicians build their skills and become more confident in the field. He enjoys teaching efficient troubleshooting techniques, sharing what he has learned through experience, and helping his team work through challenges. When he has the opportunity, Tim also enjoys getting hands-on and fixing equipment himself.
Outside of work, Tim is a proud father of three amazing kids, ages 19 to 22. He currently lives in a cabin on Chickasaw Creek, where he spends much of his time outdoors. Tim raises and trains beagles for rabbit hunting and enjoys making the most of life along the creek, whether he's wading, kayaking, fishing, or bow hunting.
Tim is also an active member of Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Stringtown, Oklahoma. He leads Sunday School Devotional and serves as a backup Sunday School Teacher, continuing his commitment to helping others learn and grow.
