Jay has been an absolute rockstar Solutions Technician with Team Standley for six years, and in that time, he’s become a go‑to expert for keeping our clients’ workdays running smoothly. Whether he’s installing third‑party solutions, troubleshooting unique challenges, or helping clients use their tools more efficiently, Jay brings a calm, capable presence that makes a real difference. His work helps our clients stay organized, connected, and productive—and he approaches every project with the same dedication and enthusiasm he had on day one.
One thing that makes Jay stand out is the genuine joy he finds in serving others. His favorite part of the job is forming meaningful connections with the people he works with—both the clients who rely on him day after day and the coworkers who have become close friends. Over the years, Jay has built strong bonds across departments, becoming known for his reliability, his positive attitude, and his willingness to jump in and help wherever he’s needed.
When he’s not being a customer‑service all‑star, Jay shifts into full‑time family‑fun mode. He and his wife, Eilish, stay busy keeping up with their two adorable kiddos, who are almost 5 and 3. Their days are filled with laughter, imagination, and plenty of “scooter walks” around the neighborhood, creating sweet memories one lap at a time. And when Jay does geta little free time, you can usually find him on the golf course enjoying a well‑earned round—weather permitting, of course! Jay and his family are also active members of the Southern Oaks Church of Christ here in Chickasha, where they’ve built another strong community of support and friendship.
