Sadie has been part of Team Standley for a year and a half and serves as our Strategic Sales Admin, where she plays a key role in keeping the operational and organizational side of the sales process running smoothly. From coordinating details to supporting multiple departments, Sadie helps ensure the Strategic Sales team has everything they need to succeed.
What does Sadie enjoy most about her role? Bringing structure and organization to the sales process. She loves keeping information accurate, coordinating all the moving pieces, and making sure the team is equipped to close deals. Knowing that her behind-the-scenes work helps the team operate more efficiently—and ultimately succeed—is especially rewarding.
When she’s not keeping the Strategic Sales team organized, Sadie enjoys spending time with her husband, Seth, and their dog, Ruby. You’ll often find them exploring the outdoors, discovering new hiking trails, or browsing antique shops together.
Sadie is also passionate about serving her church. She shares that teaching preschoolers about God is one of the highlights of her weekend, and she loves being part of that important ministry.
