Let’s give a big round of applause to Kursten Burton, our December 2025 Employee of the Month!
Kursten is our Client Contract Coordinator Team Lead and has been with Team Standley for six years, bringing energy, dedication, and a deep understanding of contracts to everything she does.
In her role, Kursten wears many hats. She leads the Contracts Department, Sales Admin, and the IT Contract Coordinator team, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She’s the ultimate connector—bridging the gap between Sales, Contracts, and clients to ensure that every detail is handled with care, clarity, and precision.
Her favorite part of the job? Helping people. Whether it’s supporting our internal teams or working with clients, Kursten is all about delivering the E4 experience (exceptional experience, everyone, every time). She takes pride in handling situations in a way that leaves everyone feeling supported, valued, and confident they’re in great hands.
Outside of work, Kursten trades contracts for the bleachers. She’s a proud mom and sports superfan, cheering on her two kids, Daeton (14) and Haiden (10) at their games. Family time and being surrounded by friends are what keep her energized and smiling.
