Join us in congratulating our August Employee of the Month, Chandler Flores.
For the past three years, Chandler has been an important part of Team Standley. In her role as Client Care Representative – Meters, she helps clients solve problems, submit meter readings for accurate billing, and get the service and support they need to keep their day moving.
What Chandler enjoys most is building relationships with clients and making their workdays run more smoothly. That people-first approach reflects the kind of care we value at Standley Systems.
Outside of work, Chandler spends time with her husband, Mason, and their four children. Their family recently reached a big milestone by purchasing their forever home, and Chandler is now embracing a new farming journey as she learns the ins and outs of their land while raising kids and building a life centered on faith. She also serves on the worship team at her church.
Chandler’s commitment to others extends well beyond the workplace. She invests time in Great Plains Christian School, where three of her children attend and thrive, and supports Earthly Dwellings in its mission to create healthy, affordable housing for individuals in need.
