What a week! Spirit Week brought the energy across all our locations with themed days, team pride, and plenty of opportunities to connect, celebrate, and have fun together.
Monday – E4
We kicked things off with a great start as our HR team treated every location to breakfast—fueling up for the week ahead.
Team Standley showed up in full force, rocking creative hats, wigs, and socks that brought personality and fun to every office. The Warehouse Whodunit challenge also officially began, along with exciting drawings to keep everyone engaged.
We also introduced a 30-day wellness challenge designed to encourage movement and healthy habits across our teams.
Tuesday – Healthy Team
The momentum kept rolling as Big Fred stopped in Bricktown to serve breakfast to our OKC team.
Teams showed their colors—literally—by dressing in their designated team gear, creating a vibrant and unified atmosphere. Operations Admin hosted Lemonade & Games, giving everyone a chance to relax, connect, and enjoy some friendly competition, with drawings throughout the day to keep the excitement going.
Wednesday – Healthy Community
Midweek brought even more energy as Big Fred headed to Tulsa to keep the tour going.
We also celebrated one of our favorite traditions—Standley Gives—where employees nominated organizations close to their hearts for a chance to receive a donation.
Dressed in green and full of spirit, teams came together for an afternoon Ice Cream Social hosted by our Finance team—because nothing says midweek boost like ice cream!
Thursday – Healthy Client
Next stop: Texas! Big Fred kept the breakfast tour going while teams leaned into the “game day” theme, proudly representing their favorite teams.
Our customer service teams took part in Healthy Client presentations, focusing on delivering strong, positive client experiences. The day was filled with team spirit, energy, and a few fun drawings along the way.
Friday – We Keep You Going
We wrapped up Spirit Week back in Chickasha with a bang! Big Fred served both breakfast and lunch, keeping everyone fueled for the final day.
With “vacation vibes” in full effect, the office felt relaxed, fun, and ready to celebrate. Our annual cornhole competition brought out some friendly rivalry in the warehouse, while snow cones and drawings across each location added the perfect refreshing finish.
From start to finish, Spirit Week was all about celebrating our people—bringing teams together, having fun, and showing what makes our culture so special. The energy, creativity, and participation across every location made this a week to remember!
